How it works
- Choose a package and write the traveller names exactly as in the passport.
- Pay with M-Pesa.
- A SIVO agent makes the reservation, usually within a few hours on working days.
- You get a message and download the PDF from My SIVO.
This is a reservation, not a paid ticket, and it is held for a limited time set by the airline or hotel. Use it for your visa application, then book your real trip. The visa decision belongs to the destination authorities only; a reservation does not guarantee a visa.
