Cancellation policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Paid consultations cancelled later than that are not refunded, but can be moved once.
Rescheduling policy
You can ask to move your appointment once, at least 12 hours before it starts. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your booking reference.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay now?
No. You send a booking request. Our team confirms the time and tells you how to pay (for example M-Pesa). The appointment is confirmed after the payment is checked.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No one can. The decision belongs only to the embassy or immigration authority of the destination country. We help you understand the rules and prepare a complete, honest application.
How does the consultation take place?
By phone, WhatsApp or video call, or at our office in Nairobi, Kenya. Tell us your preference in the message box.
Which currencies can I see prices in?
US Dollar (common in Somalia), Kenyan Shilling and Ethiopian Birr. Prices are set in KES and converted with the latest exchange rate shown in the summary.
What is included in Premium Visa Assistance?
A 60-minute consultation plus help with the application form, documents, cover letter and embassy appointment, and follow-up support. The final price depends on the work your application needs; we tell you before you pay.
